POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager leads the execution of a clean energy project through to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring project success across a wide array of tasks and multiple lines of business, including energy efficiency (EE), electric vehicle support equipment (EVSE), consulting, and finance. The Project Manager oversees the audit and assessment process; coordinates shipping, delivery and logistics; manages installation; assures quality of work; and delivers customer satisfaction. The Project Manager works seamlessly with the Sales team. The Project Manager brings an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset to the job.
REPORTS TO: Chief Operations Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES

Completes or oversees clean energy audits and assessments;

Manages logistics of project delivery, including ordering, shipping, delivery, staging, scheduling, and clean-up, all in accordance with customer requirements;

Identifies system improvements and efficiencies within Donovan Energy’s value delivery process;

Meets financial objectives by forecasting project requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions;

Manages supplier and vendor relationships, including material, labor and services suppliers;

Enhances Donovan Energy’s reputation by confronting challenges head-on with a positive, customer-focused attitude, and accomplishing new and different challenges upon request;

Contributes to internal innovation processes; and

Works collaboratively with Sales and other Operations staff and the full Donovan Energy team.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education: College or associates degree or equivalent vocational background in electrical, mechanical, surveying, or related fields preferred.
Experience: 3- 5 years of experience in sales support or operational roles leading multiple phases of a project preferred. Experience with clean energy and energy efficiency is a plus. Project Management Professional, Certified Energy Manager, or related industry certification is also a plus.

Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; and

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
