Senior Sales Support Representative
As Donovan Energy’s sales support representative, Scott assists with the development and implementation of projects from start to finish. Drawing upon his strong communication skills obtained from his sales experience at REI, Scott ensures client satisfaction. He has expertise in cultivating strong working relationships and gives customers the attention they deserve.
Lynette joined Donovan Energy in 2016 with a background in business administration and customer service. In her current role, Lynette oversees all Donovan Energy's rebate administration working closely with dozens of utilities on behalf of her clients. Over the past four years, Lynette has secured over $1 million in utility rebates and incentives on behalf of Donovan Energy clients.
Brad Denham is a seasoned sales executive with a diverse background in selling both products and services, most recently power systems engineering across various business segments including utilities, municipalities, universities, hospitals and industrial facilities. With over 19 years of sales experience, he has a unique and well-rounded perspective on selling.
Partner & Chief Executive Officer
Tim Donovan has dedicated his career to energy management and optimization. His expertise spans financial modeling, investment strategy, budget development, planning and corporate structure. Tim has played a key role in several clean energy and sustainability industry "firsts" including the first net-zero energy aviation facility (Hangar 25 at Burbank International Airport), the first LEED-rated gas station (BP's Helios House) and the redevelopment of several buildings incorporating sustainability and energy concepts.
Partner & Chief Financial Officer
With roots in both the finance industry and energy industry, Andy Holzhauser focuses on developing innovative financing solutions for clean energy projects, procurement, market analysis, education and advocacy for solar energy, energy policy, and program development. As founder and former CEO of the Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance (GCEA), he led the non-profit’s investment of more than $50 million in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in residential and commercial markets.

Policy & Data Analyst
As Policy and Data Analyst, Hurley’s role encompasses a duality of working with existing external clients on the consulting side, as well as supporting the internal team from a data analytics standpoint. Prior to joining Donovan, Hurley worked at the United States Environmental Protection Agency and a start-up venture focusing on the smart city space.
Partner & Chief Strategy Officer
As the head of Donovan Energy’s consulting practice, Nachy Kanfer sees energy as a strategic asset, not an invisible cost. He works with clients to align their energy choices with their growth strategies, all while reducing exposure and risk. Nachy also leads Donovan’s electricity procurement business, helping customers in deregulated jurisdictions become more competitive by securing favorable terms and rates for their energy usage.
As a partner and large-scale energy project leader at Donovan Energy, Jeff Martin leverages his experience in construction management, project design, scheduling, permitting, and zoning to guide clients through complex energy projects. From developing and retrofitting energy efficient buildings to new technology, Jeff creates and manages plans that help organizations pay less for energy, be more efficient as they use energy, and ultimately, generate renewable energy of their own.
Sales Support Representative
In July of 2020, Emma began her career at Donovan Energy working with the Sales and Operations teams to help find the best lighting or electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) solution for our customers. She is passionate about the environment and proud to be helping Donovan Energy’s customers develop climate-friendly energy solutions for their businesses.
As Donovan Energy’s Senior Accountant, Natalie is responsible for ensuring the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively. Graduating from Cincinnati State in 2008 with an Associates Degree in Accounting, she brings over a decade of experience to Donovan Energy.
Mike has over 20 years of experience in the technology, telecommunications and smart lighting industry. As president of Monitor Closely, Mike helped to build a franchise model to cover over 32 states, playing an integral part of the go-to-market vision and strategy.

Andrew oversees the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Prior to joining Donovan Energy, he spent a number of years at Duke Energy in a variety of roles within the company’s supply chain, finance, investor relations and strategy teams. Most recently, he held responsibility for devising and executing strategy for renewable energy assets within the company’s midwest regulated businesses (Duke Energy Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana). Previously, he was an Associate at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
As Donovan Energy’s Finance Specialist, Susana has a robust understanding of our most complex finance and consulting offerings. In tandem with our clients, she facilitates the use of PACE finance as well as state and federal tax incentives in financing clean energy projects.
